Harry and April Yuan come from a traditional business background that includes many diverse ventures—too many, according to Harry. With the leadership skills they picked up along the way, it’s no surprise these two have built a thriving ASEA business to the rank of Ambassador Double Diamond.
A Cause for Conviction
However, it’s enlightening to understand that Harry and April don’t consider their work with ASEA a business venture at all. Like many top ASEA associates, they see ASEA first and foremost as a cause. “ASEA came to me not as a sales pitch,” Harry remembers. “It was something I wanted to share.” Elevated conviction and deep determination are what fuel leaders like Harry and April. Getting that fuel only comes through (1) hard-won knowledge and (2) affirmative personal experience. It’s a lesson Harry expresses in these words: “True stories and science—they are the magic that draw people to ASEA.”
Carefully Cultivated Keys
Cultivating conviction and determination in others, then, is the key to a growing organization, and Harry and April accomplish it through patient, personalized education combined with consistent product use.
By their own estimates, Harry and April still spend 80% of their ASEA hours teaching the science and benefits of ASEA products, not training on their business system.c”If people don’t understand it, they won’t use it,” says Harry. “If they don’t use it regularly, they won’t see results.”
After his first meeting with ASEA, Harry went home with a stack of literature. “I read it,” he says. “I researched and realized there was something here that no one had ever taught me about before.”
Harry dedicated significant time to study. “I read about Verdis and Tyler Norton,” he continues. “Their work to save a break- through in danger of being lost and forgotten inspired me.”
Not coincidentally, Harry was enduring significant health challenges when he first learned of ASEA® REDOX Cell Signaling Supplement. What he experienced from consistent use completed his knowledge firsthand. His personal experience, backed by research, became a very powerful tool. “When my health deteriorated, I dropped off the map,” says Harry. “I didn’t go out and see anybody. I disappeared. Most people thought I had died. And then, when I resurfaced, looking healthy and very much alive, people had one question for me: ‘How did you do it?'”
“My answer, of course, was, ‘ASEA.'”
