Q: How did you get your start in network marketing?
A: I was in corporate America for 16 years, going to work early and coming home late—even on weekends. When I met people who were successful network marketers, I thought, “Gee, if they can do that and earn a great income and still have a life, I should take a look at it.” I realized that if I was going to have the life I wanted, it wasn’t going to be with corporate.
Q: What has your network marketing career done for you?
A: I love going places and meeting people. My business card says, “The world is my office.” I built my previous business over 22 years, in 26 countries before semi-retiring in 2008.
Rhonda and I had the life we wanted, and we were happy working 10 to 15 hours a week, maintaining what we had built.
Q: Why did you decide to jump back in?
A: Chris: Well, it wasn’t love at first sight! I had already built a business, so I didn’t need to do this. But I liked the owners and the corporate team. Then, as I learned more about redox signaling technology and understood how truly unique it is, it all came together. You just don’t get that combo very often.
Rhonda: The thing that got me was that we like living with
a sense of purpose. Whether we were part of ASEA or not,
we were going to talk about it!
Q: What motivates you most?
A: It’s not just about money; if it were, I would have stayed corporate. For me, it’s building something and having the freedom to do what you want to do with the money you earn. Everyone has their own thing they want to do. Find what that is, stay focused on it through the ups and downs, and
you’ll get it.
